Appeal Process for September 2022
If your child is due to start primary school in September 2022, you can appeal if you are refused a place at one of your preferred schools on National Offer Day (Tuesday 19 April 2022).
You must submit your appeal before Tuesday 17 May 2022 for it to be considered by Tuesday 19 July 2022. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.
If you are a Medway resident, you should be issued with an appeal form with your offer letter, or please visit Medway Council's website for a form. This will need to be returned to the school.

If you wish to make an in-year admission application for the Pilgrim School C of E Primary please complete the 'Pilgrim School In-year (casual) admission application form' by clicking on the link below.
We will write to you with the application outcome within 15 school days of receiving your application.
If, after you have submitted an in-year admission application for The Pilgrim School C of E Primary, we are unable to secure a place for your child you have the right to appeal. An appeal form is available below.
